Important Update for US Customers – New Customs Tariffs

Starting August 29, 2025, the US government is introducing new customs tariffs on goods imported from the EU. Unfortunately, this also applies to Rays & Riches jewelry orders.

Tariff policies are unpredictable and subject to change.

  • Duty rate: about 15% of the order value.

  • until Feb 2026, US customs may instead charge a flat $80 fee per package, even on small orders.

These charges are set by US customs, not by me, and must be paid by customers upon delivery.

Since these charges are determined by US customs and postal services, they are completely outside of my control. 



SHIPPING IS FREE ON ORDERS OVER €100 WORLDWIDE.

Each and every Rays&Riches item is made by hand in Italy, just for you. This process usually takes 2-3 business days, but there are exceptions to this, for example custom made items, popular items and orders placed during promotions (for example Black Friday, Cyber Monday).  Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. All order ship with Italian Post. If you need to receive your item by a certain date, or would prefer a different carrier or extra insurance, please reach out to us at info@raysandriches.com


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are happy to ship internationally. Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, and these charges must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. (For the US, packages whose declared value is under $800 will generally be cleared without any additional paperwork prepared). We also have no control over customs or shipping delays once the package has been sent. If you have questions related to customs charges please contact your local customs office.

Rays&Riches is not responsible for lost shipments. We also cannot be held accountable for unforeseen conditions that delay delivery time - such as weather or global pandemics.

Italy: 6-10 business days 

Europe: 10-14 business days 

North America & Oceania: 16- 90 business days 

Rest of the world: 24-90 business days
